In una visione distopica del futuro, futuro compromesso dalle scelte inique compiute nei confronti della natura, questo fiore così simbolico nel passato, ma ancora così presente nel nostro immaginario, modifica la struttura del suo stelo assumendo dei dardi corticali verosimili a quelli delle rose; attraverso una “contraffazione” per mano dell’uomo, la margherita, che cresce spontaneamente nei prati, in aree non ancora contaminate, acquisisce una funzione difensiva che prima non possedeva verso gli attacchi esterni; benché, in generale, questo sia un meccanismo di difesa passiva, l’intento è cercare di farla sopravvivere e immaginare che possa trasformarsi geneticamente perché possa resistere, per sempre.

In a dystopic vision of the future, a future compromised by unjust choices towards nature, this flower so symbolic in the past, but still so present in our imagination, modifies the structure of its stem by assuming cortical darts likely to those of roses; through a "counterfeiting" by human hands, the daisy, which grows spontaneously in the meadows, in areas not yet contaminated, acquires a defensive function that previously did not possess towards external attacks; although, in general, this is a passive defense mechanism, the intent is to try to make it survive and imagine that it can be genetically transformed to resist, forever.
