Più veloce! Più in alto! Più forte! Ovvero Più scaltro! Più potente! Più ricco! Partendo da una esortazione originariamente rivolta a ogni atleta perché tendesse sempre al superamento agonistico dei propri limiti personali, rappresenta l’impossibilità di superarli, la sfiducia nelle proprie capacità e il sentimento di inadeguatezza se non si possiedono i requisiti imposti dalla società. L’emblema dei giochi olimpici riproposto in nero e costellato di spine trasmette forza e violenza, un sentimento di prigionia. Le spine di rosa restano l’ultimo retaggio romantico in una visione spietata e disincantata.
