Faster! Higher! Stronger! In other words Smarter! More powerful! Richer! Starting with an exhortation originally directed at every athlete, so that he/she would always compete to go beyond his/her personal boundaries, it represents the inability to surpass oneself, as well as the feeling of inadequacy if one does not meet the requirements imposed by society. The emblem of the Olympic Games, revisited in black and studded with thorns, conveys force and violence, a feeling of imprisonment. The rose thorns remain the ultimate romantic legacy in a merciless and disenchanted vision.
